Your group votes on its case types one at a time. Pick a case type: what the room sees on their phones is shown beside your controls. Check the proposed figure, open the vote, watch the votes come in against the consensus bar, and close it. If there is no consensus, revise the figure and open another round.

Watch the three breakout rooms live and set the session’s rules once. The settings below apply to every room at the same moment; the facilitators run their own rooms but cannot change them.

A change to the proposed figure or to the consensus bar applies to votes opened from then on — a vote already open keeps its figure and its bar. A change to what the room sees reaches every panelist’s screen within a few seconds. Turning trial on adds a trial item after each case type that has one; turning direct file / transfer on adds one after each youth case type the survey asked it for. While a vote is open, the room card’s − / + adjust its headcount.
